This should probably be added in my original post, after the brake section in "where to now". If a mod can do this it would be much appreciated.

This chart shows Ford's OEM brake fitment. Any of these calipers will now fit, providing you get the mounting bracket/carrier to suit.
Additionally, there are numerous aftermarket brake kits that will now fit. AP racing, brembo's, alcon brakes are just a few I can think of now. Because of the amount there are, I won't list them here.
