Behind the steering wheel there is a cable which hooks up to a relay (housed in a circular disc to follow the steering turning)... which sits in front of the switchgear(idicator stalk/wiper stalk mechanism)
Replace the part that sits in fornt of the switchgear... try a wrecker for them.
