There will always be buyers who are blinded by genuine low kms, believing that even 15 plus years on, the car will be exactly as if it rolled off the line yesterday. My current low km 220kw AU had lived in a garage virtually unused for 8 years before I got it and I've replaced as many parts as a lot of owners that use theirs regularly. Most have been through maintenance, rather than necessary, but things still deteriorate over time. For the money this is getting, I'd be happier in this
