Yeh, I think in a few more months we will start to see the downturn, I think as soon as the government stops the stimulus payments we will hurt.
Funny you say about T series. There have actually been heaps but as soon as they go up they are selling. There was 5 T3's for sale at the start of COVID 2 were very rough and had been for sale for years, sold the week the lockdown began. A few T3's sold recently for very high prices (over 40k). There is a few T2's at 30k right now but the market isn't close to that money yet imo. Such a weird market right now.
