Default Re: AFF Weight Gain/Loss Program

I dont have much to report other than Im maintaining a fairly healthy 75-80kg weight. Ramping up my cycling regime to 1-2 times during the week and once on the weekends. About 80-120km in total depending on how I feel with a mix of hills, fast straights and sportive riding.

Food wise, cutting down on processed sugary foods. Eating leaner meat (with the occasional meat fest thrown in) plenty of veg, lots of fruit, nuts, and soup. No longer feel the need for fast food anymore, and if I step foot in maccas its usually for a mccafe coffee.

My vices are late night mini choccy bars. I know its bad, but I love em. I gotta kick that habit of late night snacking. Undoes my hard work.
