The 1.8 EFI DOHC would pretty much bolt straight in, possibly with different mounts although I am 99% sure they are not.
Getting the old motor out and new one in is straightforward, but there is a bit of work in wiring up the EFI.
Allow 1 full day labour to remove old engine, another full day to install new, and another day to day and a half to wire up the EFI and other bits and pieces. All in all if you aren't able to do it yourself, I can't see a mechanic doing it for less than $2000 - $2500.
Not really worth the trouble for that kinda money man.
