The XR4 seats are sourced from the fiesta Ghia 3 door. Since Ford AU didn't want the ST branding on them. Might be cheaper to source them from the Ghia though the XR4 ones don't demand a high price anyway.
Be sure to check the latch and latch cables when buying them as they commonly break.
