Suggestion to update forum allow Tagging and direct upload of photos

I have found that i have stopped using the forum for long periods of time.
Some of the main reasons are, the effort and time required to post photos.
The lack of ability to tag people who could help answer a questions etc.
This is where facebook is much quicker and easier to get a response.
