It will be the 2nd generation ZF 6 speed, an upgraded version of what we have now. Has a slightly higher torque capacity, 2-3% more economical, faster shifting and the possibility of blipping the throttle on downshifts like it does on the Jag XK with this gearbox. Hopefully Ford use it.
