Yes, that is another option we are considering.

Having said that, we really like the house we have and where it is located (close to both sets of parents who are all starting to get on a bit now, so being close by is a bonus). The other issue is that we probably won't get as much as we should for our place because of the tenant referred to earlier.

Again, I'm not ruling out any reasonable option and am just weighing them up at the moment.
