Have bought 4 sets over the years from powerbulbs.com (or .com.au)
Far cheaper then Repco even on specials
I can recommend the phillips 130's and the Osram night breakers
I only upgrade high beams. I hate people with brighter light beams - I end up driving past post dazzling not seeing properly for a few metres on the highways when going from dark to the receiving end of bright or mis aligned low beams
