I've managed to stuff up the drivers door on my MC a little. I park facing downward on a slope at home and occasionally when getting in/out the door will swing fully open due to gravity and hit the travel stop.
The travel stop is a metal tab built into the hinge and has started to deform. The door now opens almost to 90 degrees.
I guess I can't complain too much about it because it's self inflicted, but if it had the metal strap type stops that many cars have I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have this problem.
