P169 = Fuel Rail Sensor In-Range High Failure
Possible causes
- Faulty Fuel Rail Sensor
- Fuel Rail Sensor harness is open or shorted
- Fuel Rail Sensor circuit poor electrical connection
A quick search nets that, so go over the connector/harness but essentially you'd need to have the fuel pressure checked to see what it actually is and hopefully it'll be just the sensor reporting wrongly.
