I got everything from the headers to the cat replaced by Hi-tech after my cat went.
It all cost about $1200 and from memory the cat was about $400 plus install but i needed a new flex joint as well.
got me my power back and it sounds a bit deeper....didnt end up getting the cat back done cause i ran out of money ):
