Hi Hawkeye,
Outside of wet conditions, I don't think we're going to find 4 seconds in the weather I'm afraid. As I understand it, Willow Springs is practically in the desert so I doubt they see a whole lot of variation to start with. That being said, MT do apply corrections to their core data based on weather, altitude, etc. Given Kia claims the car will ultimately be a little stiffer in final spec, don't be surprised if MT has another crack at it sooner than we expect.
