Last time I was driving around Adelaide they had police on motorbikes looking in everyones windows as they were driving along, as well as police on foot in Adelaide CBD at pedestrian crossings and on push bikes looking in your windows as you were cruising around in traffic.
I've never seen that happen around Melbourne.
