BA falcon brake upgrade to fit in 16" wheels

Hi, I am after a brake upgrade to fit within the standard 16" BA wheels.
Is there anything available that simply bolts on and without having to get bigger wheels?
If it is available please advise how much
The standard brakes I have at the moment turn to mush in heavy traffic and sudden stops.
