I'd probably go the Territory too.

But if you've dealt with the CSA before as I'm sure you have, you'll know what they're like and if your ex decides that he's going to stop work just to spite you, you could find yourself in a bit of a pickle. I'd wait until you knew for sure that the payments were coming in regularly.

Just some advice from another person who used to have to deal with the CSA all the time too. They never kept their promises when they told me I'd be getting big lump sums. ;)
