I started smoking when I was 16. I gave up on Jan 20 last year at 5pm - at which stage I was 43. So I had smoked for 27 years, less 9 months somewhere along the way in the early 90s that I stopped for.
So I m no smoke free for the last 17 months, 19 days, 5 hours 37 minutes, and counting. Not one cigarette, cigar, or anything to do with a smoke. I used champix, and I also learnt Pi to 50 decimal places - I recited it each time I felt like a smoke. Now I don't smoke, and I don't remember much past 3.14159265358979
