Fitting factory Sat Nav to AU2/3.

Hey guys,
I'm looking at fitting factory Sat Nav to an AU2 Fairlane.
Now I'm just wondering if it's all plug and play.
If I have the unit, loom and the disc player in the boot, does it all plug into the factory loom without needing anything else..?
Has anybody attempted or achieved this modification..?
Also, can you still get the current maps for the system..?
Any help is appreciated..!
