Ah okay! Just keep trying to work out if my goal of 90KG is going to be realistic for me @ 190cm. I'm thinking it should be, but I stand at 113 at the moment and it feels like I have more than 23 kg to go before I'm nice and lean.
Posted this on my facebook last night as one of the only mentions I've made of my weight loss on Facebook and got 115 odd likes on it. People are noticing the difference and it feels (and looks) awesome.
