Ah scrivets...to not butcher them, push the screwdriver as little as you can into the head to unscrew. Preferabley unscrew them while pushing from behind where you can. Alternativley, try unscrewing it and levering a flathead under the screw body's head.
Failing that, they want to die, get the flathead into it and/or some pliers
