As mentioned in the initial post - the nomination tabs, has been limited to a couple of usergroups for the time being, whilst the system is being refined.
In time it is intended that nominations will be accepted from other usergroups as well.
These nominations, are being reviewed and manually entered into the system, one at a time atm.
