Default New Engine

I cleaned up and painted the new motor and put some of the shiney bits on it. : Can't wait to get the car back and fit it in. It was a good exercise cleaning it up. Gave me an opportunity to have a good look at the motor so when I start on the 302, I will have some idea at least what I am doing. Needless to say, I have earned some brownie points with Jack too

The old motor came out with the extractors on but they were Pacemaker Tri-Y's. The new ones are Pacemaker 4 into 1 with 3in collectors so they will be harder to slide back into the engine bay.

I can tell you right now that I am not a fan of grease or breaking nails :( but it will look great when it is completed and I can stand back and smile knowing that at least I gave it a go
