Default 2.0 l, Firing Order

I have just done the head up on a 2 litre motor. ( to get a miss that was in there). No 2 Ex was bent badly. Bought a new valve, lapped them all in.
Still shake rattle & roll.
Havn't got a manual and was trying to recall if this was the motor in the back of my mind with an unusual firing order ( not 1342)
Just done it, have not changed plugs or done compression test yet.
I set the clearances @ 10 & 12 thou. but it misses straight away so shouldn't be this. The proper clearances would be nice too.

2.0L pinto had normal 1-3-4-2 firing order... it was the 1100-1600 crossflow's that had the strange 1-2-4-3 firing order.

Thumbs up Thanks

Good stuff "Perana XR8", had a sneaky feeling it was an older Ford motor.

Default Fixed

It was due to a sub-minimum clearance on the tip - ground setting on the non-sparking plug.! lol
( Went straight to it when I knew the order was right!)
