I have a video of my 11 sec run, but don't know how to post it, any help welcome

You can upload it to google video or any of the other free hosts. Otherwise you can upload it to the webspace your ISP provided for you via FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

http://video.google.com/ you'll need to create and account with them though. It is free ;)
