Default 6 stacker problem

Hi,
Hoping someone can help i have just bought and installed a colour screen ICC with 6 stacker CD. Went into ford to have them fix the security code error. Now i can't seem to get the unit to load CD's. Have i done something wrong at install? Everything else works fine. I go to CD and press load then wait like it says then it just goes back to the Radio :(. I can hear a soft clicking sound from the CD slot but nothing seems to happen. Is this a simple fix at my end or will it need to be repaired?

Thanx in advance

Ok i have looked at the 6 stacker and it appears that there are some CD jammed in the unit possibly belonging to the previous owner. Would this be the cause of my problem? How would i go about removing the CD's?

hi

it seems like you bought an ICC with faulty cd player, you need a repair or a changeover on the cd module part. please contact us on 0397991444 or you can go through a ford dealership to arrange a changeover. not sure where you bought the ICC from, maybe they offereing some warranty!!!!!

$406.00 supplied as a changeover plus fitment.

cheers
