Default unoffical b series meet n greet for vic

we need suggetions for a place to meet in vic vztrt has suggested this
How about a tue night at McDonald's in Nunawading(sp?)? It's 24hours and they dont have gripes with car clubs as long as there are no burnouts, rubbish is cleaned up and people aren't too noisy.but has anyone else got any suggestions for somewhere mor central for every one like nunawading is only down the road for me but to be fair for every one we need a central place

This place woint turn into Noble. There was a car club meet there on the wednesday after Noble happened and not one cop showed up, but this was due to the good repore that the club had with the police.

As was stated in the first post if people abide by those rules than we have nothing to worry about.....and besides there isn't blockbuster around for miles!! :evil_laug

Hey guys, what about coming down to Calder Park Raceway next Friday night (09/03/2007) for a meet and greet? :eclipsee_

We could meet up inside, have a few runs, then head over to the nearest Macca's afterwards if you like. :

We have a special interstate guest (Morehpformyxr6) coming over and Xrcist and I are going to catch up with him.

You don't have to race if you don't want too. It's $10 to spectate or $40 to race.

Who wants to come along?

BTW I'm still happy to meet on a Tuesday night, but would prefer a bit earlier time, as my daughter has school the next day and I'm a single parent.

Its a good idea, Doug and I will be there with Scott. Like Doug said you dont have to race if you dont want to (I probably wont at this stage). Its great fun watching the drags (especially if some of us are racing) and socialising with mates.

This sounds great, count me in for Calder, Doug. I'll be there as a spectator, since I just got the new wheels and tyres, and I'll wait a bit till they become more secondhand.

As far as tuesday meeting is concerned, I would preffer a bit earlier time too, maybe 7.30 or so, cos I'm working a night shift.

Julza, your coming too?

No George mate just a spectator. Doug has already put the pressure on my excuse too him was im not running it with a car bra on. But my car will be run once I have a few more mods complete. It would be a nice thing to have a base line figure for a standard BA XR6 Auto with F6 CAI & k&n panel filter & generic capa tune. But I have a fairly educated idea after reading on the forums plus wheels etc. :

Good stuff Buddy, who else wants to come along?

Scott, you know you want to? Make sure you bring your helmet with you in case you change your mind.

Macca's on the 13th sounds good.

The only reason I need my helmet Doug is to stop you for clipping around the head for not racing my car lol. :

No one is really organising it as such, its just a bunch of us heading down there to watch the drags (hopefully race) and have some fun. Racing starts at 6. We should organise a meet point at about 6.30 or so, infront of the kiosk or the bar?? What do guys think?
