You know that its only a sticker. I don't know if you can say its rice when he puts 1 small sticker on the car. I'm nots sure what the ZX3 means.

ZX3 is the name of the 3 door car in the USA and ZX5 is the 5 door, which has nothing to do with VTEC which is a Honda style of engine, so yes it is rice
