As most of you know our seconed AGM is closing fast. The club has booked the Settlers Tavern on the 15th of November 2008 at 3.00PM. We encourage all members that have interest in their club to attend this meeting. On the day, a review of the year will take place and all financial aspects of the club and possible changes within the committee will be discussed. The club has come very far in 24 months and its future in memberships and its financial position looks strong, so if you have the afternoon free, we would like to see your attendance at the clubs AGM.

Just remember that the Committee positions are ALL up for grabs. If you can help the club out and have Idea's. Please bring them to the meeting and ONLY finacial members have voting rights at this meeting. I would like all members to attend this as this is a event that we need all to attend.

I think it would be a very good idea to have the next COMMITTEE MEETING straight after the AGM with the newly elected committee. This way everyone is there and accounted for and we/they can get everything aranged for the start of 2009....
