Default Realistic plans for your falcon?

Just thought id get an idea of what people are intending to do on their cars...
Almost everyone, but not all want over the top HP but what do you expect to do to your car and still have a little coinage left over to tip the bar maid?

Once I have all my finances set up and the way i want them, i want to put on a set of Mk11 Typhoon Rims, a AWC vented bonnet, possibly a typhoon kit and XR6 bonnet stripes. i honnestly dont think i will do up the engine on this car, but rather wait till i can get an XR8 or XR6T Orion

Realistic, thats a good limiter, if you hadnt said that I could have gone nuts with all the things I would like to do.

Got a Walbro fuel pump on its way and a set of Bosch 968s, these and some cobra valve spings are next on the agenda. Oh and a custom tune.

Then in a little while, plazmaman stage 1 kit and an exahaust, probably go the quad tips too. Woudnt mind some guages as well. One of those bonnets^^ would be nice too.

Mods will probably be limited to this as mines a 4 speed. Would also like to upgrade to an F6 in the not too distant future.

Great idea for a thread.

Plans for the XB (over the next year or so):
  • Thermo fans
  • Water temp and Amp guages
  • MSD ignition
  • Clean up engine bay a bit (neaten wiring, paint some bits, a bit more bling, respray with engine out)
  • repair tiny bits of rust and dint in rear right quarter then get all resprayed
  • box out the rest of the boot
  • 3.5ish LSD
  • rebuild front suspension (it squeeks pretty bad and some bits have too much movement)
  • ENJOY IT SOME MORE!!!

hmmm well i've got a few ideas for mine but its going to be a slow process but here goes....

- Full V8 Supercar body kit
- FUll Engine Rebuild with racing cams etc etc
- Motec Engine management system
- Adjustable Suspension - in cab
- a little bit of stero work
- Roll Cage street legal
- Race Seats with two rear ones being easily removable for track events
- Upgraded Rims waiting on them to arrive!!!
- Weight reduction where possible and practical
- 6 speed manual conversion

thats not at all unrealistic in my opinion

oh and I'm still thinking about one of them nice PDSC from Blue Power

Vortech blower with the trimmings, cobra manifold, 8psi - 330rwhp.

When the Motor lunches it self, aftermarket block, 347 stroker, alloy heads, lower compression, 14 psi and a 10 sec pass. :

And maybe a set of fatter tyres too.
