Basically as new.

Installed in custom built suites for a three day VIP event in 2008, uninstalled, steam cleaned and sanitised. I put a lot of these into renters and site loos. The only drawback is, the overflow pipes were cut down to 5 litres - if you want to max out the capacity it needs extending.

Suit linked suites, will also fit many close coupled suites if you re-use the original connector plate.

RAK brand (made in UAE, better than the $70 Bunnings vitreous cisterns). Note the glaze carries well into the top closure lip, another shortcoming of the cheap Bunnies items.

I have for sale one $30 cistern assembly, with 5 litre flush capacity as advertised in Post 1, and one suite (less link pipe), also RAK brand. The suite is $70.

The pan has a generous footprint and concealed S trap, which makes it great to cover up floor tile damage where an exposed trap (older style) toilet is being replaced.

For a buyer at the nominated price, I am sure there could be a rough-and-ready extension added to the overflow pipe to bring the unit's waterline up to a maximum. Ideal for flushing away all that processed cake, because - as the Russians say, der'mo sluchayetsya, tovarishchiky.
