hmmm we might have to look at making the threads be rated a minimum amount of times before the rating actually shows, that should fix shenanagains like this ;)

This might seem silly, but why do we even have a rating for threads?

Surely if it's a hot topic or really popular the post count would reflect that?

i agree, most people could tell the popularity of a thread by the number of replies it has.. im my opinion. but, the rating system also works good too its just a shame people tend to turn it into an issue :MrT_anim:

just an inbuilt feature of the software we use, I don't know that there is a way to turn it off without hacking up templates to remove it which isn't all that easy

it'd prolly be pretty easy to find the section that inserts it and simply commenting it out.

either way, i don't find it that annoying :P

It would be great if you could do this. Someone still seems to be voting on most of the threads, it's pretty annoying seeing stars everywhere!
