Default The Mayor and Michelle.........

A few of us were at Michelle's 50th / a belated engagement party for her and the mayor.
7 of her 9 siblings were there from NZ, both parents were there, a couple of photographer and a videographer... hmmmm........... shades of Brute6 and the lovely Tania here.......
We have drinks and the MC asks us to move into the next room, and the doors slide back.

Now we all know why Roland begrudgingly went along the social dance lessons Michelle had organised....

Grasshoppr's fancy steps

The bride looked beautiful and it was an emotional ceremony. We of course had to help them celebrate into the wee hours...... we of course wish them every happiness for their future together and the new Mr and Mrs.

Some of us had a fair idea what was going on, you see Roland is a very organised fellow... so organised in fact that he got the new surname stickers for Michelle and turned up 3 weeks ago to our track day at the island with them already on the car!

A recent study found the average Australian walks about 900 miles a year.
Another study found Australians drink, on average, 22 gallons of alcohol a year.
That means, on average, Australians get about 41 miles to the gallon.

Kind of makes you proud to be an aussie.
