Now that all depends on whether you want to stay legal or not! First I'd check with your local roads authority to see how far you can go in rim size and width and then hit the wheel/tyre outlets.

Hardest thing is finding rims with the right offset. Focus rims fit if you get the 4x108, but the offset tucks them in under the guards by maybe 20mm.
