Default Room Changing

Not sure if anyone else is troubled by this affliction .............

Today I woke to have a nice lazy day with the kids ..... school holidays & all .....

I ended up rearranging almost my whole house ........... My bedroom will never be the same ......... my computer is not in the little office we have ....... its now back in the computer desk I originally had before my move, in a room that has now been vacated by my son as he changed rooms after the departure of the ex b/f & his daughter ........

My kitchen was upended ........ nothing is in the same place ... well except the things that couldnt be moved .........

In all this moving I also got all the beds changed & washed .......... ended up doing about 6 loads of washing just because :P

Does anyone else wake up & think a change is in order & just do it ??????

Youre not alone!!! The exact same thing happens to me.

I think, need to change everything around, then clean. Then I go through the stage of getting ****ed off at everyone because no one else wants to be a part of my cleaning & moving things binge. heheh

Normally about 3/4 of the way through, I wish i never started, but then when Im done, im rapped.

But, Im glad to hear Im not the only one who does this.

LOL Leah

Im used to doing it on my own ........ always help the kids changing their rooms ..... as long as they help out ....... Its normally their idea ........

What I get peeeedddd off at is after getting the home all sprused up is ....... a glass or plate or anything lying around .........then the kids cop it :P

I folded all the washing down & the eldest was on the computer .... his clothes were where I had folded them after 3 times asking ........... I admit to getting really ****ed off & threw them into his room ........... now my house is clean again & Im a happy gal ;)

Hehehehehehehehhehehehe

I do that on occasion. Just wake up and decide to try something different!

Andy came home one day to find our lounge room re-arranged just recently.

Hmmm, I do beleive you have inspired another change.....
Thanks Lisa!!! ;)

I do that on a fairly regular basis. A change is as good as a holiday :P so they say.

I have also been downsizing in the furniture department lately and gave our daughter our 'way too large' tv cabinet. Give's the lounge room a nicer feel to it. And made way for my new tv and surround sound _2:

Twin alert, twin alert! I am exactly the same way You're freaking me out, Leah!

I used to do it more often, but the lesser half really REALLY hates it, so now I only do it once a year or so :evil_laug Actually, I just changed the house round on Monday so that's it till next April!

My son wanted a bigger room so I moved him to our study/playstation room. Only issue was that I needed 2 rooms to replace his 1 didn't I? The study is now in his old bedroom, and my massage room is now the playstation room... and the massage table is relegated to storage for now (cos my hands have been having issues so I've stopped to let them rest anyhow).

This house is my reno rescue house... still waiting for the hubby and kids to get the hint, take piccies and send them off to some reno show cos it's desperate. It's one of those houses where you can't do just one room though.
