I have some other websites with the same provider so when AFF goes very slow I test against them. So far it is usually split between hosting issues ( perhaps the cleaner keeps knocking the cord out ?? ) or a router issue somewhere between here and there.
We also have the daily backup which slows everything down too as it's pretty big. I'm going to get off my butt soon and fix it.
