As most of you know our first AGM is closing fast, the club is about to have its first birthday. The club has booked the Settlers Tavern on the 18th of November 2007 at 1.00PM. We encourage all members that have interest in there club to attend this meeting. On the day, a review of the year will take place and all financial aspects of the club will be discussed. There will be some members of the committee standing down and those spots will need to be filled along with the possibility of a new committee. The club has come very far in 11 months and its future in memberships and financially looks strong, so if you have the afternoon free, we would like to see your attendance at the clubs first AGM.

HI ALL . I must stress that the agm is very critcal for the club to continue .As it is are first agm . One a year . It helps the club to grow & become better than last , only with your support & input can this be done. Thank you all . Hope see you there . TEX.
