Hello All,

The Bungendore and District Car and Bike Show is again on this year

When: Saturday, 1 October
Where: Royal Hotel, 34 Gibraltar Street, Bungendore
Cost: $10 per car
Time: Entry will be between 10am and noon with awards presented at 2:00pm.

Car and Bike Enthusiasts from around the region flock to the Royal Hotel in Bungendore for what’s sure to be a great family day.

Bring along the Family and your pride & joy and enter for your chance to win trophies and prizes.

Presidents Choice – overall

There is something for everyone with live music in the Royal Hotel beer garden, a BBQ provided by Rotary Club, a Mega Raffle, and games for all.

All money raised on the day will be going to CareFlight.

Ray - do we need to complete and entry form or pay on the day. What are the arrangements for meeting and travelling as a group. They are forecasting rain again for Saturday. So what are the arrangements for cancelling if raining.

Hi Bill,

There is no pre-entry for this event so we can arrive and pay when we get there.

I suggest that we meet in the carpark of Red Rooster, Crn Yass Rd & Bungendore Rd, Queanbeyan

Meet for a 9am departure so we can make sure we get a spot for us all to be together.

Saturday is saying 40% chance of rain so fingers crossed it doesn't. Unless is pouring down Saturday morning I say we still meet at Red Rooster carpark, if its light then people can decide then.

The weathers saying 90% chance of rain less then 1mm clearing so it shouldn't be too bad

Well there was rain, but it did clear up, however the wind remained blustery and cold.

Great day for the club winning the Best Club Display trophy, *6* new mebers (and potentially some more, with many flyers distributed and much interest). And One of the new members taking out a trophy as well.

The re-branding efforts really stand out, and are obviously effective.
