Default Debadged LS Sedan

I debadged my LX a few weeks ago and thought I would share some pics here. Its a subtle change but one I believe gives the rear a cleaner look.

I used dental floss whilst I was washing the car - the badges came off rather easily. The double-sided tape also came off with ease with no residue left behind. I did give the area a light polish to remove any stickiness that wasn't obvious to the eye.

For a fairly new car, it should just need to be pulled off, perhaps with some help with a hairdryer...

If this doesn't work then go with the dental floss and pulling on it.

If thats no good soak the tops of the badges with eucalyptus oil, let it settle for about 20 mins then go about with the dental floss.. Or fishing line if the floss breaks.

Remove any residue with eucalyptus oil then go about a polish (to blend the colour a bit then wax.
