Song info not displaying on DAB radio

When I have FM radio playing I can see the RDS info of the song artist and title. But when I'm listening to a DAB radio station that info isn't available. Is there a way to make it display on Sync 3?

So can you at least tell us what vehicle this is in i.e, the Brand (although I assume it's a Ford), Year, Model, model series, engine and transmission?

Sorry, that was pretty dumb of me. It's a Ford Ranger PXII 2017. And I have Sync 3 on the head unit. Engine is 3.2l diesel.

it depends on the station and whether it broadcasts that info on DAB or not.

My Mustang Sync 3 doesn't show it but the Raptor Sync 4 does, maybe there's a Sync 3 update?
