I find it funny that I'm "very one eyed/tracked" whilst owing both EVs and ICE and you're somehow open minded only owning ICE and historics though?

Sure some of them are a pain, but it’s not really fair to elude to kypez being this way. His ice cars seem to outnumber the ev 3 to 1 (well fords at least) and the bloke seems to love his ice falcons and mustang as much (just differently) to his Tesla… He is just giving his ownership experience and opinion to us… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

the difference is is in the delivery - your opinion to counter at times is like, take it up you know what, maybe I read wrongly but I don't think I'm alone, despite you owning both and I am open minded once it delivers a infrastructure and costs that appease's to the market as a whole, that day will come. Sales figures in that bracket is ICE SUV's atm as far as I can see. What have 2nd hand vehicles got to do in this. I'm sure you'll answer in no time, and edit 2/3 times like your previous one.

Thousands in June? Really?
Ytd (Jan to Jun) 4200 Teslas have been delivered. Also wasn't it you that said 6000 were being delivered in June alone? What happened to that? I still don't get why Tesla people feel the need to over exaggerated?

Model 3 is 6300+ YTD. Not sure where you got the 4200 from? I got it wrong with June deliveries. No issues with that. It was best case that didn't quite work out. No attempt to exaggerate here, I was merely relaying information that I had been given. Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

My understanding is there's still 1000 sitting in a ship and another 1000 sitting at the docks.
They may be sold, but you can't count them as delivered yet. I'm sure Toyota has 20000 waiting around, but they or anyone else doesn't count them as sold until they leave their possession.

Edit: since you added the Toyota comment, I was working of registrations. Tesla are a pain in the neck with their smoke and mirrors and not releasing sales numbers. All this highlights is the issues with second hand information which is why I bought the EVs myself to see first hand if what people were saying it true or false. Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

I was given information from someone I know who works at Tesla. They weren't to benefit from Tesla numbers being higher or lower than they actually are and was relaying what their system showed to expect. It's all second hand information and prone to issues by its very nature. Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

correct, its all wishy washy re numbers.
Yet you quote smashed X segment. I've seen those sites as well, you can't bank of them nor inside info. I suppose we can only read the tea leaves by what you see on the road, you see alot more of the other usual competitors than teslas in that segment period. When your at a low base, increase's always look smashing. IF your not on vfacts whats the point. Anyway, hope Ford kicks more goals the following months, thats more important.

I'll dig up the exact numbers if I can. And yes, I'd like to see Ford do better! I just see their lack of EVs potentially leaving money on the table (my money!)!

They admitted their mistake. Tesla won’t. Ever. The great god elon is never wrong. How’s that self driving car going? Or the cybertruck? Or the millions of other things he promised but can’t deliver. Guys a fraud.

No. Different. They said 6000 expected. It was early June when the first boat arrived. Then things went pear shaped with the Semi Conductor shortages and other logistical slow points.

Yeah where is the electric semi trailer they promised in 2017 for release in 2019? I guess needing 15t+ of batteries was a bit of an issue?

Good old elon and his **** talking. He’s been a bit quieter lately so maybe he has learnt to shut his mouth and stop making himself look like an utter fool.

Yep, that is absolutely ridiculous, if he was doing that on the stock market he'd be up for the classic pump and dump, because its unregulated market they can get away with this shifty ****.

For those who've suddenly become dyslexic this is a thread concerning Vfacts June 2021 NOT a Tesla, Musk or EV's. I believe there are other threads for that so please use those.

For those wondering what effect stock shortages have, as of yesterday we still don't have a build date for a Dec 19th ordered Escape and it's gone through 2 MY changes so who knows when it gets build what specs it may have.
