I am currently running the standard one because I had those issues I mentioned above. However I do believe that it is worth 3-5 rwkws from dyno differences if not more.

That is a lot with no cam change, would be good to see the dyno sheet with AFRs. It's getting more tempting to mod now there is the edit to do it properly...

From what I saw, It has the Difillippo headers, not sure what the rest of the exhaust is.

AU style SS induction.

Don't know what the final number was, but it didn't go from 125-160 with edit alone, it went from 125-140 with the edit, then the Vernea gear was put on the front of the cam and it went to 150rwkw.

Wow, Chris please post a dyno sheet! As an ex-AU I6 owner, this is an amazing leap from what has been available. You should get many, many a auto lining up for a tune with these sort of results. Good work!

Please post a dyno sheet!!

Official statement re AU Development.

At no time have Bluepower Racing developments posted official dyno results for our AU development.

Yes, we do have an AU under development. It is a matter of concern for 3 parties only at this stage, being

1 - The Client
2 - The workshop who has physically modded the car
3 - ourselves.

Since this area of the forum is under sponsorship from another forum sponsor, we feel it unfair to post anything.

We will, however be racing the car. Having made a statement with our BA program, we feel confident we have what it takes to get an AU down the track.

One thing i will formally state right here and now is that the people who know me, know me well. When it comes to these cars, I dont play games, ask for development cars, or cry because I was beaten.

Casper, I dont feel i need to clear anything up on here regarding our phone conversation, it was a private phone conversation and not forum fodder. If i want to post results, I will. It is up to my client, as it is his vehicle, not mine. Again, im more than keen to race, its in my blood.

This is our first time out. I know other people on this forum have been out many times with an I6, but we expect nothing special on our first time out.

then again, expect the unexpected... :Up_to_som

I'm with you. Some dyno sheets would be good if possible Chris (when you've got the time) 125 to 160 is an awesome leap in numbers for a stock cammed AU.

I jsut had a long chat with Chris about this an hour or so ago and I would like him to respond to it with what he told me to clear up some confusion.

well from what I know/saw of this vehicle and its progress all specs mentioned so far are correct ,ssv intake ,difillipo headers and tailpipe, and Bluepower tuning and a few small tweaks of things ,I saw figures above 150rwkw on thursday night and I must say this thing boogies through the gears for an auto
defintily going to hit HPR hard for a very mild I6

by now its prob more anyways

Got to see the dyno sheets on each stage.

Certainly opens the market up nicely as these power figures are unprecedented in the market for a stocked cam car.

Just bring it to Heathcote Chris and let the ET and MPH tell the story. When the green flag drops........
Dyno numbers are all well and good but ET's dont lie.

I cant wait to line up and see how mine goes against it either

Not a problem Since theres no dyno sheet avaliable and nothing further from Chris I think lining the car up is going to be the best answer to everyones questions. I've only got 136rwkw so he should have about 3 carlengths on me at the end I'd assume.

Geez, as a forum sponsor I would of thought he would be on here 24/7, not trying to run his business so he can do these good deals. LoL.

Nope.
Nothing more has been done. My new job is a bit of a pain. I leave home at 6:30 am and get home at 6:30-7:00pm which rules out the whole week, leaving only weekends to do anything, but with the new baby and the extra work that brings, the weekends are tied up aswell :o(

The car feels good, but there is a bit of a hesitation on take off that wasn't there before, nothing major so I'm not too worried about it. Once things settle a little with work and the baby I will get the exhaust done and Chris should have his CAI ready by then aswell which I will try out.

Hey Goran

Just curious, when you say hesitation, do you mean as you take off or do you mean in terms of power - ie; takes off fine but lacks up to a point?

Almost like a flat spot, but not as bad.
It takes off then feels like it hessitates a bit(slows down), then starts pulling again.
