Default 4 bedroom house for sale

my inlaws are selling thier house it is brick veneer, 4 bedroom onsuite , rumpus room , seperate dining . huge house . about 25 years old . its in richmond NSW.. on castleriegh road . it was valued at $450 000 by realestate and is on the market from tomorrow 19/09/06. it has a big garage attached to house . i think 1 1/2 to 2 cars ( unsure.)it is a very big single storey private home . anyone looking in the area would be worth a look . it is listed with a realestate agent . anyone interested post here and i'll pass details on . they are moving to the gold coast thats the reason they are selling . its not a new house , but it would suit a family, and is in quite good condition for its age . lota house for the price .for people who want to live in the area . cheers.
