Would anyone know of a good place to get hold of a 2.0 Zetec and type 9 to transplant into my Anglia please???

Not an answer to what you are looking for, but under the engine conversions page you might be able to dig up some useful info. I think one of the blokes picked one up out of a mondeo from a wrecker.

For a Type 9 you could try Eurospeed.com.au they have a variety of options.

Just realised you are in Perth. You could then try race tune in bayswater. Let me know how it works out as I am wanting to fit either a zetec or duratec into my consul capri. I think we have similar front end crossmember and struts.

I'm now looking at a 2000E gearbox instead of the type 9 as there seems to be too much messing about to make it fit
