i think 98 mph is a typo or a heathcote error. Not bad though Lisa, didn't get to meet you, didn't even realise you were there till after the meet. The sprint looks great! apart fron those mudflaps, though I guess where you live it would look a lot worse without them.
As kenaz said it is addictive. I ran a 15.1 into a strong head wind too and that was a PB, i'll be heading back aiming for a 14.9.
