Phone support from Ashley was brilliant! Thanks heaps. Turns out one of my plugs (G) had the brown/white and red/white wires switched - a small screwdriver saw them removed and put into the correct pin on the plug and all is good! Image is crystal clear - actually better than the below pic shows (thanks to my youngest for posing....)
