Each DCOE is actually 'two carbs in one'... each 'side' has it's own pilot jet, emulsion tubes, main jets, venturi and chokes.

I'd suggest that you remove the jets from each side, one at a time and check what size jets are fitted (pilot, emulsion tubes and mains - they should all be marked)

You'll probably find that there is an 'odd sized jet' installed.
