I used to use a harness in my BF F6 at sprint meetings.
I used the baby harness bolt hole with a hi-tensile bolt & nut right through and going through a 15cm x 15cm square heavy steel plate underneath.
Luckily I was wearing it coming home from a sprint meeting when I came round a corner to find the road coated in oil and went head on into a rock cliff at 80kph. The F6 was written off but all I got was two bruises from the shoulder straps.
