Default LT Focus TDCI Serpentine belt replacement and Alternator light still on
Hoping for some help.

Replaced the Serpentine belt on the 2007 LT TDCI Focus, however intermittently the Alternator light comes on and off.

Anyone has had a similar issue, the alternator is just out of warranty, replaced 18 months ago.

Only change was the serpentine belt broke, so replaced with a new one.

It does make some noise, which gets louder, when the alternator light comes on.
